COVID-19 Information

In an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, MWC is still teaching in a hybrid learning model.

The MWC office will be open Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.


Marcus Whitman Cowiche Elementary School
Preschool through 3rd Grade  

AM Session starts at 7:55 and ends at 10:10 Monday to Thursday.

PM Session starts at 12:45 and ends at 3:00 Monday to Thursday.

Friday is a remote learning day.  All students will zoom at 8:15 a.m.  

Students may be dropped off five minutes before the start of school.

Kindergarten & Preschool Registration

Registration opens March 29th for next year's kindergartners and preschoolers. Please complete Final Forms to enroll your child.  Once that is completed provide the child's birth certificate or other identification and immunization record to the office. If you have questions, please call
509-678-8900.

Mileage Club

Let's keep moving!  Mr. Fitterer included a Mileage Club running record.  Write down the estimated miles that you run or walk each week and get a parent signature.  Mr Fitterer will add up your miles and give you toe tokens or running medals.  Happy running!

You can message Mr. Fitterer on Class Dojo with your miles or turn in your mileage paper in the bins.  Mr. Fitterer will mail out the toe tokens and medals.
